Paulina Merikanskas
Industrial Designer
Some of my earliest creativity started with my mom, who once suggested we build a life-size toy car out of scrap cardboard instead of buying one. What began as a simple idea turned into something tangible, transforming discarded materials into something we could imagine, use, and believe in. That moment shaped how I design, looking beyond what exists to uncover new purpose and function.
I’m an industrial designer focused on sustainable materials, functional systems, and everyday interactions, with a strong commitment to the wellbeing of the Earth. I design products that rethink waste, usability, and lifecycle, creating solutions that are intentional, adaptable, and environmentally responsible.
At the heart of my work is a passion for creating and solving, turning ideas, challenges, and curiosity into something tangible. I’m always open to new projects, collaborations, and conversations.
Let’s create and solve something together.
